Ever since I started my weightlifting journey Thammy has been a helping hand inside and outside the gym , it could be helping me get through the tough times in sport keeping my head level or outside the gym giving me general life advice about my education or career guidance for my future self, one thing I always go by is when she is speaking anything buinsess or life related you listen.
Thammy has paved a path and lead by example about what is deemed impossible turn possible. She always says if I can do it you can do it. Training beside tham thought me many life lessons that can only be learned by someone who has been through it all, and she has.
Tham has given me opportunities for jobs and new experiences like travelling the world with training camps and competing.
Tham to me is more then a life coach but someone you can trust with your life, a Loyal friend and is always a helping hand in any genre in life.
